If your order's total weight is less than 14 ounces, you can take advantage of the following basic USPS shipping rates - Flat-Rate for anywhere in the USA for $4.50!

14 ounces and above is shipped via Priority Mail rates ($9.50) up to a max weight of 4 pounds.

Please note that we are unable to ship lithium batteries via Priority Mail at this time. We can only ship via First-Class Mail (for $4.50) or UPS/FedEx Ground. If you opt for Priority shipping at checkout, we will ship via First-Class and charge appropriately ($4.50). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Q: How quickly will I get my order and how much will it cost to ship?

Orders placed from Sunday through Friday by 1:30 PM EST are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 1:30 PM EST on Friday through Saturday are processed on Monday morning.

For our retail customers, we offer a multitude of UPS/FedEx and USPS shipping options. Please note that the heavier the battery (or the package), the more expensive the shipping cost. Upon checkout, you will see an exact price for shipping, but a general idea based on battery type is as follows for UPS/FedEx Ground service:

Medical batteries: $15-$20
SLA and motorcycle batteries: $15-$20
Cordless-phone batteries: $8-$10
Emergency-lighting batteries: $8-$10
Pager batteries: $8-$10
Dog-collar batteries: $8-$10
Watch/photo batteries: $8-$10
Razor batteries: $8-$10

Please note that at this time, we are unable to ship internationally unless orders exceed $75. Please contact us for details.

Please Note:

1. Our offer of free shipping for orders of at least $75 does not apply to batteries in the following categories, as a result of excessive weight: Emergency Lighting, Gel, Lead Acid, Motorcycle and Powersports, Odyssey, UPS Backup, Sealed Lead Acid, Laptop, and Medical.

2.
