Shipping and Handling

Q: How quickly will I get my order and how much will it cost to ship?

Orders placed from Sunday through Friday at 1:30 PM EST are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 1:30 PM EST on Friday through Saturday are processed first thing Monday morning.

For our retail customers, we offer a multitude of UPS shipping options.

Please Note: We approximate shipping weight (and thus shipping cost) based on the total cost of your order. Therefore, there will be instances when less expensive batteries weigh considerably more than we have estimated, the result of which requires us to pay significantly more for shipping. In these instances, we will contact you prior to shipping the item with additional cost information.

Conversely, some expensive items -- such as laptop batteries -- weigh relatively little and therefore require less shipping cost than the initial calculation. On these occasions, we will also contact you prior to shipping the item so that we can charge you a lower, more appropriate shipping amount.

Also note that shipments to addresses that are not within the continental United States require us to obtain a customized freight quote that will be submitted to you for approval before we ship the order.
